Payment Timeline/Other Information
Lost computers will cost $350.00. Lost carrying case will cost $35. If it is determined that it is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to pay for damages or loss, invoices should be paid within 30 days of receipt. Invoices over 90 days may be filed with the District Magistrate or sent to collections. Payment plans may be setup (if necessary) by contacting the school office. No matter what the total components cost is, guardians/students will not be charged more than $350. We do not charge the labor cost to repair student computers.
In the event that the computer has been stolen, guardians/students must file a report with the local police. A copy of the report must be turned in to the technology department. In these cases, the guardian/student will not be responsible for such cost.
Keep in mind that costs do fluctuate. In the event a cost increase occurs from the computer manufacturer, this cost will be passed on to the responsible party.
